If you do not have insurance or prefer not to use it for privacy reasons, we offer competitive Self-Pay Rates.
- Out-of-Network: If we are not in-network with your plan, we can provide you with a “Superbill.” You can submit this document to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do you accept Medicaid? Currently, we primarily accept the commercial plans listed above and Medicare. Please contact our office for the most up-to-date information regarding state-funded plans.
Is Telepsychiatry covered by insurance? Yes, most major insurers (including BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna) cover Telehealth visits exactly the same as in-person visits. We serve patients throughout Texas and Oklahoma via secure video calls.
Do I need a referral? Most psychiatry and sleep medicine appointments do not require a referral for PPO plans. However, some HMO plans or specific sleep studies may require a referral from your Primary Care Physician (PCP).
