After You Book

  1. Confirmation: You will receive an immediate email confirming your request.
  2. Intake Forms: If you are a new patient, you will receive a secure link to complete your brief medical history. Please do this on your phone or computer before your visit.
  3. The Visit:
    • Telehealth: We will email you a secure video link 15 minutes before your time.
    • In-Person: Just come to the front desk at your selected location (Allen, TX or OKC, OK).

INSURANCE NOTE

We accept most major insurance plans in TX and OK. You will be able to upload your insurance card details securely after booking.
